Mail Backup X Promo Codes for October 2026

Works as expected

I bought the Outlook Backup Tool. It backed up my Outlook emails without a hitch. License key arrived fast. Simple to use.

Good for backup, minor setup issue

I purchased the Mail Backup X Individual Edition a few weeks ago, mainly for my Gmail accounts. Installation was straightforward, and it started backing up my emails pretty quickly. The searchable archive feature is very useful for finding old emails. My one small gripe is that it took a bit of fiddling to get the initial sync settings just right for all my folders. Delivery of the license key was almost instant, which was good. Value for money seems fair, though I might have preferred a slightly simpler initial setup.

Solid email archiving solution

I got the Mail Backup X for Mac after looking for a reliable way to archive my Apple Mail. The ordering process was simple on their site, and I received my license key right away via email. Setting it up on my MacBook was easy enough; I followed their instructions, and it started backing up my mailboxes without any problems. I really appreciate the compressed email storage feature, as I have a lot of old mail. The Email Viewer is also quite handy for quickly checking archived messages without opening my mail client. I haven't needed customer support, but the software itself performs as advertised. It's a one-time purchase, which I prefer over subscriptions.
